Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all products and services sold through eddierizvi.com, The Eddie System™, Skool, and any associated platforms.

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Unless otherwise stated, services are paid in full at the time of purchase or according to an agreed payment plan.

  1. General Purchase Terms

All information, descriptions, and materials provided on this Site are presented as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, representations, or expectations will be error-free or interpreted the same by every purchaser.

By purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and understand that education, coaching, and career development are not guarantees of employment, income, or outcomes.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

  1. Subscriptions & Memberships

Subscriptions and memberships, including Skool community access, renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Notice”
• Or cancelling directly through your account dashboard

Subscription cancellations require 30 days’ notice. Access remains active during the notice period.

We accept the following payment methods:

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount.

If we believe a transaction violates applicable laws or this policy, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

  1. Refunds for Digital Products

We offer a 7-day refund window for eligible digital products, including templates, downloadable tools, and recorded courses.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to the following conditions:

• The product has not been substantially downloaded, copied, or consumed
• Access has not been used in a way that delivers the core value of the product

No refunds will be issued after 7 days or for digital products that have been fully accessed, downloaded, copied, or used.

  1. Refunds for Memberships & Communities (Skool)

Community memberships and training environments, including The Eddie System™ Live PMO, are eligible for a 7-day refund window from the date of initial access.

Once any of the following occur, the membership becomes non-refundable:

• Access to templates, simulations, or gated resources
• Participation in live calls or events
• Posting or interacting within the community
• Downloading or using any included materials

After the 7-day period, or after meaningful participation, no refunds will be granted.

  1. Refunds for Coaching & VIP Services

Due to the personalized, time-based, capacity-restricted, and custom nature of coaching services, the following policy applies.

A 48-hour cooling-off period is provided after purchase, provided that:

• No coaching sessions have occurred
• No direct access to the coach has been used
• No private or custom materials have been accessed
• No done-for-you work has begun

If these conditions are met, a full refund may be issued.

Once any of the following occur, the coaching service becomes non-refundable:

• A strategy, coaching, or milestone session takes place
• Direct or private access to the coach is used
• Resume, LinkedIn, or portfolio work begins
• Drafts, reviews, or feedback are delivered
• Interview coaching or application support is provided
• Community access, templates, or simulations are accessed

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after coaching has begun
• Lack of participation or follow-through
• Failure to implement guidance or recommendations
• Scheduling conflicts or availability changes
• Delays caused by the client

  1. Partial Refunds & Undelivered Services

In rare and exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered solely for services that have not yet been delivered.

Partial refunds, if granted, are calculated based on:

• Services not rendered
• Time not delivered
• Capacity not yet consumed

The following are not refundable under any circumstances:

• Coaching time already delivered
• Custom or done-for-you work already started
• Community access or digital resources
• Strategy sessions or private consultations

All partial refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

  1. Cancellation of Services

Coaching sessions and services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or no notice is given, the session may be forfeited and considered delivered.

  1. Third-Party Goods & Services

We may offer goods or services from third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, delivery, or fulfillment of third-party offerings.
